The Pine Creek Volunteer Fire Department Chief just told us that he was informed by PA State Police that there was a sighting of a woman matching Susan's description at 3 a.m. on Sulgar Road near Allen Mills Road, in Warsaw, PA. This is about 14 (corrected: closer to 9) miles from where Susan was last seen on Friday morning.
The driver reported that he saw a woman with disheveled hair, wearing blue jeans, walking along the road. The driver slowed down to offer assistance. When the woman saw the car approaching, she jumped into the bushes. The driver passed by, then turned around and again saw the woman on the road and the woman again jumped into the bushes.
The driver then called 911 to report the incident.
UPDATE: Spoke with Trooper Raybuck at the Dubois Station and he confirmed that the police did receive this report and that they have been searching the area and going door to door.
